    Free to MAC members or $5/session for non-members, this informal group is open to artists of all skill levels working in any 2-dimensional medium. Bring your latest project and create your art in a supportive community! No instruction is provided, but plenty of advice, critique, and feedback is available from the group.

  • Wheel Thrown and Sculptural Pottery Ages 9 – 16

    Tuesdays, starting February 5, 2019 @ 3:30 pm – 5:00 pm
    MacRostie Art Center, 405 NW 1st Ave, Grand Rapids, MN 

    In this course students will use pottery and sculptural techniques including work on the potter’s wheel. Refine your wheel throwing techniques, learn how to make new ceramic forms or work on interesting sculptures! This course is for beginners or advanced pottery students. The course fee includes the cost of materials.
