Come downtown for the annual WinterGlo Festival December 1 – 3. Watch Santa light the lights at Central School, check out Santa’s Workshop and a family movie inside, enjoy horse drawn wagon rides, and experience an old-fashioned family friendly winter festival all weekend long!

It will be a Northwoods Holiday at Frame Up. Julie Miedtke will have hand tied pine wreaths, balsam fir sachets and carved wooden spoons. John Zasada will have his birchbark ornaments and baskets. There will ice lanterns outside and treats inside.

Live jazz with Sam Miltich and Friends presenting an evening of Western Swing and featuring special guests John Ely and Tom Schaefer. Open to members and the public. No cover! 7 – 10 pm.

Welcoming Timberwind Glass Studio. Ken Patzoldt and Jo Manbeck have offered original art glass from their collaborative studio for the past 32 years. Local artist Lea Friesen will be drawing and painting keepsake portraits on location as well displaying her collection of small prints, drawings and watercolors for sale. Stubby’s BBQ will also be selling slow-smoked BBQ sandwiches – proceeds will go to Second Harvest North Central Food Bank.
